Printer question
I just bought an all-in-one printer/copier/scanner/fax to replace my old stuff, and I'm still trying to figure it out.
Is there any benefit to making photocopies vs. printing from the computer? I do our church bulletins, and I always printed out a stack of side one, then printed side 2 on the back. It took FOREVER with my old printer. Should I make an original and then do copies, or just print them from the word document as before? Am I making any sense at all? Just nod your head if you're getting any of this. Thanks! |
I would think the only downside of your photocopying would be quality resulting. Start with a flawed page, and that will copy as such.
I find the INK costs on printers very dunning. We use the economical option in the printing menu off the computer. So I don't know about your printer, but if "economical" is not available for photocopy, the computer would be the way to go. |
MrsD to my rescue AGAIN! Can I put you on my speed dial? :D
