Trying to deal with bill people on the phone. Someone was nice today.

Today some one was nice to me on the phone! :Dancing-Chilli:

It was a complicated cable bill made more complicated by a few jerks I have tried to deal over the past two week.
This morning I tried again and got someone to help me.

After she handled the situation, I called her supervisor and left a message with my phone number saying how the costumer service rep was so nice and helpful and wonderful.

So one good thing happened today so far.

It is rare to have a customer service rep who is efficient as well as pleasent.
And with the message you left with the supervisor you will have made another person very happy.
That was kind and thoughtful of you. :)
