Dermatographism (Skin writting) and Small Fibers Neuropathy

Is Dermatographism a symptom of small fibers neuropathic pain? Does anyone has it? It seems to burn when I press on my skin wrinkles

Here is an article on this:

It is mostly associated with allergy. If it continues, you will have to look at your soaps, and the foods you eat, and other things you come in contact with. It may be independent of your other pain issues, or connected if you are really allergic to something.
Do you use antihistamines? Is it better then?
