Does anyone have a sit/stand desk?

If so, would you please tell me how you like it? My P.T. is recommending one, and I'd like some feed back from others before I purchase one.

Thanks,

Maddy

This is a great idea. I never thought of that as a way to relieve some of the pain I get from sitting for long periods. I have a rocker-type foot rest so I can move my ankles while seated, but my knees are still bent pretty well.

I hope you get some response, Maddy. I am also now intrigued by this idea.

Thanks,

Mike

I know a company called "Anthro" makes some very nice ones.
I've had my eye on one for quite some time...

I had one at work. I love it because i can just push the button to adjust any height. My company paid for it. I also had a stance chair which i paid for it myself. This work station has allowed to stand and knee most of the time at work. Please note that i only work part time because i can not sit at all.
Hope this helps.
