Laser Evoked Potentials

Did any one do a Laser Evoked Potentials exam?

They are both for small fiber Neuropathies. Do you know if LEPs exam is painful? What kind of stimulus do they use? Do they test hypersensibility of skin to pressure, or only thermo sensibility?
