Another study that gets us one step closer to a cure

Here is another study conducted that gets us one step closer to developing a cure for brain injuries. This is very exciting because this shows that scientists are coming out with new discoveries on an almost monthly basis. At this rate, the cure will be just around the corner! And on that note, in the next couple of years make sure that you all keep up on what is going on in the stem cell world. My doctor recently told me that there are quit a few studies out there that will be ready for clinical trials in the next 3-5 years. So if ya'll keep abreast of the research, ya'll could sign up as participants in these trials. And if you guys are familiar with clinical trials, they are pretty cool. You get all of your expenses paid (if the grant for the study is large enough), you get free treatments/medication and they even will pay you for your time. The only draw back is that you may get the placebo, but you still get paid so it is definitely worth your time to do one.
