Thanks,

Have you try it yourself? Do you know if it is effective?

Do you know how can I buy it online?l

Is it posssible to order it from europe? Without prescription?

mrsD 12-20-2009 09:37 AM

Filipe, I use supplements separately. Metanx is a combined product.

Most people report improvement with it. Its advantage is that it uses the activated forms of the 3 vitamins, which work better for some people.

Just about everyone here uses a B12, some use the P5P, and some use the methylfolate. The Metanx has all 3 in one pill.
If you use it take it on an empty stomach.

Do you know where to buy it? Is it possible to order from Europe, without prescription? Can you tell me where, and how....please....:(?

Metanx is RX only in US.

I don't know what you have there.

You said you were taking vitamins already? What are you taking?
I need to know that.

Metanx is B12, special B6 and special folate. All 3 you can buy separately online if you choose.

I don't know what you have in Portugal.

Metanx has B12, special B6, and methylfolate in it. All 3 you can buy over the counter... iherb.com ships to Portugal.

If Metanx is not available in your country, then buy the 3 separately online.

Don't you have doctors and chemists there you can ask these specific questions?

Are you hangry with me?

No...because Drs don't belive my symptoms. They say it is from my head. I am schedule a skin biopsy. However it is going to be done in the leg, and my problem is in the hands and arms mostly. So I will probably are not gonna do it. The problem is that my pain didn't start on my feets so they all think it is psycossomatic. I don't live in the US, you know...

I'm taking 1mg of Vitamin B12 only.

Can you tell me what I have to take and how much mgs to match MATanx, please?

By the way, if you wanna know who i am, please go to:

Metanx :
Each Metanx® tablet contains:
L-methylfolate 2.8mg (special folate)
Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate 25mg (special B6)
Methylcobalamin 2mg (B12)

This combination was designed primarily for people with genetic failures to convert vitamins, or who have diabetic or deficiency neuropathy.

You appear to have an injury. What I'd suggest you do for now is take 2 of the B12 you have now, and take it on empty stomach so it can be absorbed well. This is the main active ingredient for Metanx. The other two vitamins may help older people who have long standing chronic issues. You may not need the other two vitamins at this time.

You have already posted that you are feeling better. So that is a good sign.
And I agree with cyclelops that your use of diazepam may be creating a NEW situation with you...that you may be tolerant of it and getting habituated on it. In US this would not be used for muscle relaxant issues or anxiety. It is very addicting.

Very interesting! Thanks for that link. You are a handsome guy!

I see you play guitar? So when do you school teach and what do you teach?

Playing that guitar could be straining you as well as your injury.
My son plays the base, and he often has trouble with his hands.
Nide44 here also plays ... it can be stressful on the shoulders and hands over time!

I think you should be exploring chiropractors (don't know what you have in Portugal), and/or physical therapy. You might benefit from some cold laser, or IFc and ultrasound. Not everything is drugs you know ;)
