Thank you Lindy, I second this very heartfelt wish for all here who have crossed paths with concern and compassion this last year. To know that the experiences and lessons hard learned, have not been wasted. When just one other person is helped in any way, we are making a blessing out of a curse. This is giving 'birth' to a small miracle in each instance. This is the warmest community of love I know of currently and it helps to relieve the loneliness of my ongoing chronic conditions. I feel heard and appreciated, the best gift of all!

I am so grateful to be able to both give and receive, and look forward to the new year with a sense of optimism and confidence that many of us will help each other to overcome isolation, worry and confusion and be witnessed with compassion.
