difficulty having orgasms
 

My problem is a real problem. I have trouble experiencing orgasms while having sex. Very seldom has it happened but not to where I can rely on it. My partners feel that they are responsible for it. Any suggestions?

That's not fair to blame anyone for even yourself
 

Any man can have that trouble in certain circumstances it may be considered normal infact.
Although, I have read many reasons for this to occur in abnormal situations. Like MS, spinal cord injuries, drug side effects, penile nerve injury via surgery, and improperly formed and adjusted bicycle seat. Also diabetic neuropathy, viral or infectous damage, and pyschological complications.
If you can I would consider seeing and discussing your concerns with a doctor (preferably a urologist) but not excluding a neurologist as well.

I have a lot of trouble in that same location of the body. So I really value even a faint sense of orgasm.

This can be because of many variables. Steroid use will caus this[which im sure is not the issue , just covering all the possibilitys}. drug use,exspecially pain meds,,if your going soft or semi , there are mumerous,fixable reasons. your age is a factor,many men after the age of 30 decline in sex drive which will cause an orgasm problem. low testosterone levels will do this,,blood test will tell you hi high your levels is, and the dr can give you andro patches..and also with some people,having the same partners lose their luster and it gets old for them,,I noticed you said multi,partners,,and if your over doing it,,you need time to recoop...im going over the most obvious reasons,,and there is mental,,omething is on your mind,,or a feeling of guilt,,,,,then theres the medical,,,,,are you real hard and cant ejaculate? are you on flomax[a prostae medicine} or are you losing intrest and are getting semi hard and cant finish/ give us a little more info on yourself would help,and you can PM me if you want,,,,,most likely its not serious,,you just got to find out what is triggering it, and how long , this has been going on,,,holler at me and there are alot of tips that will help......

One other thing to consider is subconscious disassociation. Men often learn or teach themselves to disassociate as a way of controlling the timing of their orgasm, and sometimes this becomes pretty automatic. If you have a caring partner, talk it over with them. Ask if they would mind if you were totally selfish just once, for discovery purposes. If they agree, then concentrate solely on achieving that orgasm, even if it's premature, instead of trying to drag it out. If it works, then go from there. There are physical ways of controlling orgasm such as dipping a foot into warm water to achieve one, or cold water to put one off. Might be a little awkward, but probably worth it. ;)

Getting up just to go dip my toe would put the 25% erection that I get now WAY off. I'm ED captured and Viagra, LeVitra, nor Cialis are working. I'm a Type II Diabetic and I am miserable.
