Feel like I took earthquake pills
does anyone else have this problem after moving around a lot or exercising? Both my legs will violently tremble for a little while after I walk a bit or if I exercise. Makes yoga fun, and I feel like wile coyote. :D
Don't know if it's just because I'm starting to get myself moving again or if this is something I should talk to my doc about. It's one of those confusing moments on what to do. Thanks for listening.:hug: |
I would get like that after walking on the treadmill. It sort of felt like I was walking on one of those swinging bridges! It calmed down after a bit but for the few minutes following my walk it was definitely shaky!

Yes, Fin, I have that. I think it's caused by the sudden and strenuous activity. Like shocking the nerves or something. Stretching after exercize helps.

Jim has this too. If I even move a leg it jerks like that. Usually a good massage helps calm them down.

(I have tremors so I am an earthquake :p)
My legs, after exercising or a long walk, feel like they have worms just under the skin crawling up and down. I don't know how else to describe it but it is a very strange sensation for sure. :o Has anyone else noticed when you have a really unique symptom going on others have it too so it is no longer unique; it is just "normal" for us. |
I have what feel like internal tremors -- shaking all over inside. It mainly affects me in the evening.

Happens if I do a new kind of exercise that is difficult for me to do (yoga is one of them) or if I overstrain myself.

FinLady, does it feel like a lactic-acid build up feeling?
I have no dx, but I get this feeling sometimes when my sx's flair up, and I'm walking around too much (at the mall). It's combined with a stiff thigh feeling kind of.... Once I woke up in the night thinking there'd been an earth tremor!! I asked friends the next day, and there hadn't been one... I must have been tremoring.. very weird, as I was asleep. |

They are similar to tremors, but faster and more short lived then the ones I've experienced in the past. But the more I think about it, the more I guess it's from movement. Possibly muscle fatigue. Thanks everyone for your input!!!! :grouphug::grouphug: |
