Happy New Year,
So easy to say,
But will it,
Really turn out that way?
Happy New Year,
What will it reveal?
I don’t know,
How will it make me feel?
Happy New Year,
I wish it to be,
But will it,
I’ll have to wait and see.
Happy New Year,
Will my hopes come true?
I don’t know,
But I sure hope they do!
