Court was today
 

with my ex next door neighbor whom I moved away from due to her harrassment. She had a charge of excessive noise against me and today's hearing was a continuence of the 1st hearing. My neighbor did not show up in court so the charges were dismissed.

Good! Bet its nice not having to deal with your neighbor on a daily basis. :)

Thank you everyone. This is one of the 1st good things that has started to happen for me this year. I'm sure the next thing will be when I move this month although it seems to be at the moment very stressful and depressing for me. I don't want to move from the friends that I do have here and have to start over. I am fine tonight for the time being though.

it is hard moving but you will make new friends and you don't lose the others.... you can continue to see them... hang out over there perhaps have them over for a small gathering, card games on thursday nights?????
you won't lose them if you make an effort to still see them.
