Good News from MRI...

I got a letter from my neuro today. the results were a little mixed. But...I feel good about them. Some of my lesions have healed. There is just one new lesion that is responsible for my current relapse. But I am thankful that the damage seems to be slowing down!

Just wanted to share!

Great news F2U.
Some people get a new MRI and they find a bunch of new lesions. I hope you are feeling better. :)

I have to get a MRI with GAD on just one area the area C1, C2 with a flair-sequence only. My Neuro thinks it is causing my problems and it was not mentioned or looked at in the last MRI of the C-spine recently for the Bursitis, head and neck pain.

They did not do the MS protocol on that MRI, just looking for injury and bone checking.
What a waste of time and more GAD for me to do just one or two vertebrae.

Good luck with your MRI. I hadn't had one for 1 1/2 yrs. So I feel pretty blessed to only have the one new lesion. I hope you get to have good results.
Best Wishes.

That's good news!! With this darn disease we need all the good news we can get. It's been a couple of years since I've had an MRI.....I'd be interested to see what's going on up there.
