:)Hello, I have been having allot of dizzy spells. They come & go and often depend on how I move my head. However doctor seems to concerned with it. I also have off & on numbness in arm that runs from the shoulder all the way to the fingers. Does anyone have that?

Is it like "go to sleep" numb and has pins and needles ?
or just numb on and off and no "wake up" feeling?

Have you had xrays/MRI since this started happening?

I had many of the sx listed on that page , and my chiro was the one to really help the with adjustments and also ultrasound, nimmo/massage to resolve the trigger points and spams that were pulling my c spine out of alignment.
after those spasms were gone most of those pesky sx disappeared too.

but the c spine should be checked first, a good chiro would require recent xrays at the least.
Also a expert/advanced PT , DO should be able to help with the body/alignment & trps part also.
Hopefully your MD will refer you to a good PT with some advanced spinal training...

unless the films show a possible surgical reason... for the new stuff.

I did just have a C spine MRI last week. Waiting to hear back from the doctor on the test results. I have had the pins & needles allot

The problem with TOS is that there really isn't one major test that says, "yes, you have neuro or vascular TOS" (well vascular yes, because they can actually SEE the blockage) but neuro, is a conclusion after a lot of other testing is done to rule out other conditions that mimic neuro TOS and some or a few that can be quite dangerous, like a brain tumor. So they do a brain MRI. I have my post where I list ALL of the multitude of tests many of us have had done here that ALL came out normal, or close to normal, leaving us with neuro TOS and ruling out the other possibilities.

Then we have the post that lists "ALL" of the symptoms we experience, as we are all not the same, some of us have problems with certain symptoms at certain times more than the others - right now my RSD is not so bad, but my headaches (the extra symptoms than the usual 5) are coming back with a mean vengeance right now. So is failure to sleep and the fatigue. They can be circular, in that one causes the other which causes the other, and that is why pain relief if one has horrific pain, is so important so you can stop that pain long enough to get some healing time.
