Hi, I'm Annborden. I'm 50 with severe osteoporosis, ruptured and bugling discs up and down my spine, degenerative bone and disc disease, and I have chronic pain 24/7. I've had neck, shoulder, and lower back surgery. My bones break very easily.

back pain is miserable pain... so sorry you're in that shape. Spring will be here soon and you'll enjoy that. This weather is hard on bones andjoints. There's lots of info here. You may find some help just reading from others, what they do, what helps, what don't. Things that help them with their daily activities. We're here if you need us... |
