NASA stuff
Sheesh! I got an email this morning - I have a flight readiness review meeting this Thursday for STS-131. Already! STS-130 launches ~ 0445 on 2/7/10. STS-131 is scheduled for launch 3/18/10.
I only have 2 more missions as mission manager - STS-131 and STS-133 (scheduled launch date 7/29/10). Last scheduled shuttle mission is STS-134 - scheduled to launch 9/16/10. Unless Congress changes its mind... Oh yeah - as a side note, we got the internet working on the shuttle. Astro_TJ - Tim's on twitter if ya want to check it out.

Sorry, not shuttle. Space station.

Thanks for the update, Free. I sort of like to keep up on that stuff. I can remember in the early days of the shuttle, I used to do a Flash Novena (an abbreviated prayer set) both on the launch day and on the return day. In a way that made me feel part of all those wonderful successes.
By the way, do they have Internet in the shuttle? |
Thanks for the reminder about STS-131. Looking forward to following this one because we knew the pilot back in his F22 flt test days! I was glad to see he would get a chance to fly before they stop the Shuttle program.
