3 level ACDF, help with newest MRI readings

Hello all, I am new to your board and would appreciate any and all imput. I had a 3 level anterior cervical fusion(C4-C7) in Feb/09 and still have pain, numbness(pins and needles)in my arms down to my hands, and severe headaches. The MRI shows " foraminal narrowing is essentially unchanged from the previous exam(08), intervertebral neural foramina on the right side shows moderate narrowing due to vertebral ostoephyte at the C4/5 level, the left side shows moderate foraminal narrowing at C5/6 to C6/7, there has been an increased posterior disc protrusion/herniation at C3/4 with indentation of the thecal sac and mild flattening of the spinal cord, the broad-based posterior disc protrusion at C3/4 shows extension of disc material superiorly behind the C3 vertebral body with mild central indentation of the thecal sac. My surgeon states my MRI looks fine and most likely have carpel tunnel, I am totally frustrated and very tired of the pain,(I woke up August of 2007 with severe pain) wondering if anyone else has same or like symptoms, or do you think I will have to go thur another surgery, sorry if post is long.
Thank-you Bunz50
