Hi Lucyloo ~ Gosh, it sure isn't very active around here, is it! I'm sure all the alcoholics haven't been "cured." LOL

Didn't you ever have the "hot feet" before? Did it just start when you quit smoking pot? It sounds like a kind of neuropathy, but I wouldn't think that 2 drinks a day would cause it. I'm not SURE tho. Are you being honest about the 2 drinks a day? Please don't get angry about that question ~ so many say it's only a couple, when it's a case! LOL.

I'm a recovering alcoholic myself and I know all the tricks. LOL. I used to say I'd only had 2 or 3 when I'd had 10 or 12!! And I wasn't done either. I drank like that for over 20 years! It's a wonder that I'm still alive and that my liver still functions.

Have you seen your doctor about your feet? It could be that your circulation is messed up. Are your feet discolored at all. Are they cold all the time? You may want to see if your doc can run a very SHORT and easy test on your feet to see if the circulation is ok. I had mine checked and it takes only about 5 minutes and there is NO pain. Like I said, if you only have 2 drinks a night, I wouldn't think that neuropathy would be the problem. Are you diabetic??? If you are, then it COULD be neuropathy. I just remembered that. Diabetics do suffer from neuropathy much more than those who don't have it.

Do yourself a favor and have your doctor take a look. It's better to be safe than sorry ~ old cliche. lol. And let us know how you come out, ok? I'm curious and I care. Take care of yourself, and God bless. Peace, Lee ;)
