HI everyone, I am another newbie

:o Greetings everyone,
Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Share. I am 43 from Ontario, Canada. I have been married to my guardian angle for 21 years. We have two sons ages 18 and 20. My life changed April 2001 with my MS dx. Same year my sweet mom was dx with Alzheimers. OK so you can guess 2001 was an awful year in our family. After I went through the various stages of denial, depression, anger I learned to accept my dx, adjust, and adapt my life so I could still live it to the fullest.
Stay strong, find a blessing each and every day.
:grouphug: to all of you dear souls,
Share

Welcome, Share, to a place that has lots of information and lots of laughter, support and hugs.
Sorry to hear you had a bad year...your attitude is one of the most important things with this stupid disease...
Hope you visit here often!:)

Welcome to NeuroTalk, Share! I think you'll like it here.....we have a large MS community and lots of very nice folks. Please visit The Stumble Inn, too. It's a place we like to hang out, socialize and talk about things non-MS. Here's a link.......http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum102.html.

Share welcome,
Do you have the care of your Mom or is their someone else to help? I had young kids, MS, I was working, and caring for my Mom who was living with us, who had Alzheimer's disease. I know what it's like, believe me.

If my DH didn't have patience with my Mom, and help me with chores and some of her care, I could not have kept working and caring for my kids too.

Life puts many challenges in front of us, it's how we respond to them that makes it work or not. I hope you jump in wherever you want to reply or ask questions. We try to help as best we can. Good luck to you and nice to meet you.
