American Idol

Okay, I never watch this show - except the last couple times. I know one of these kids - Crystal Bowersox from Elliston, Ohio. Grew up next door to her dad.

Girl can sing, huh?

I'm really happy for her.

Go Crystal!

She is awesome! Unbelievable talent. If she doesn't make it all the way to the end I'll be surprised.

I'm going to rewatch it so I can see which one she is. That is neat for you to know someone on the show. I wish good luck to her!
:)

Like Friend, I am going to have to watch it again to see who she is.

That is so cool, Brain! You must be so happy for her and I hope she makes it to the end.

I only caught the last part of the show last night - where they were talking to that 21-year old and sending her home. Her behavior was very immature. May with time and maturity she will do much better.

I fell asleep during the last part of it. I always do that.

On the previews for tonight's show they mentioned a "shocking" send home for someone. I hope it's not Andrew Garcia.....he was so good and I loved his version of Paula Abdul's song "Straight Up".

Did ya'll see the guy who missed the birth of his daughter in order to be at the Hollywood tryouts? Bout made me cry....it was so sweet. He made it through, too! :)

I had the episode recorded so I watched it again. If I saw the right girl, she was playing a guitar when she sang. She is really very very good. I hope she goes far.

I saw the guy who missed the birth of his baby, Kitty. I sure hope he goes far so he doesn't regret missing that. He is also very good.

I think there is a lot of wonderful talent this year if they keep the right ones!

I know who she is now. I looked on their site and as soon as I saw her picture (with her name) I knew who she was. Not only does she have an awesome voice, her motivation to give her son a better life really struck a chord in me. I thought that was great.

Friend2U 02-17-2010 09:58 PM

Congratulations....she made it to the top 24!!!! WooHoo!

I like her. :)

I have both last nights and tonights on the DVR. But with watching Olympics and recording Olympics and my husband is retired and home now I just don't get much time to get my DVR cleared.
