Weather??????
We are searching for answers here..... Scotts vocalizations have been really bad now for over a month.... even he is getting concerned.... we've had an unusually wet and cold snowy winter this year.... could that have any thing to do with it?
He says he isn't under that much stress. Like i said we are searching for answers..... any ideas????? |
sorry to hear his vocals are up Vicky
we are even having abnormal cold here in Florida, but my son seems to tic more when over heated rather than cold. However, as we used our central heating during a few of the icy days here, he did notice that set off more tics...so now we are just dressing warmer and turned the heating off. It is forced air heating...from a furnace part of the Air conditioning unit I mention that as not sure if maybe Scott is reacting to the heating method being used? when my son had real bad vocal tics some years back, we found the amino acid supplement L-carnitine helpful does Scott take extra magnesium? tried Epsom salts baths or footbaths? all those really help my son when tics are waxing |
