Anyone taking creatine?

I had an appointment with my neuro yesterday and he suggested I try taking creatine. Is anyone else using this and how is it working?
Thanks, Melanie:winky:

hi Rezmommy,

I don't take creatinine, but I have in the past (before MG dx), and it helped with building muscle...Try to get one without glutamine, though (those are hard to come by, but they do exist)...I find the glutamic ones bother my stomach and just make me feel sorta sick...

There's some study that says taking creatinine when you have MG is beneficial with strength and good for building muscles...I will try to find it and post it here...

One has to drink adequate water all day long, while adding creatine.

I'd go slowly with small doses at first....and make sure your doctor has done a renal panel on your kidneys, as this product can stress the kidneys.

I found when I was trying it for workouts, that I got muscle cramping regardless of how low a dose I started at. I stopped using it because of the muscle cramping.
