its also not just a matter of one MRI, its a matter of comparion of this MRI to your last and all other previous MRI films. Its about the changes from one to the next. My MS center refuses to dx based on one single MRI, they insist on several spaced thru time, so they can track which white dots are lesions, and which are artifact, and which stay, and which ones grow, and so on.

Did your MD not explain this MRI to you? were they done with or without contrast? so many questions need to be attached to pics of any medical test. Is this an open MRI? Closed? and so on.

I hope you can get some answers. its hard to not know.
