Weekend check in~
 

Hi to all this day. The sun is out and it is a beautiful day. BUT we are expecting 2 to 4 inches of snow over the weekend. The wet kind that Gaye likes. Come on up today, and your dream will be fulfilled. I would rather not see it myself. It can be hard to drive on. My Easter flowers are up good and I don't know what this will do to them. If I don't forget I am going to put some straw over them.

Well how the diet coming along? I haven't weighed yet. I will get on the treadmill tho. Wendy I hope your better today. I have prayed for you.:hug: You all have a good weekend now.

rainy...cold and gloomy here. i have tons to do this weekend, so i'll just be popping in and out. doing what you just got done doing billie...packing. ugh. :(

I've read through the old posts but my memory is terrible. If you have to repeat something, I apologize, but where are you two going? If I'm being nosy and it's none of my "beezwax" like we said as kids, tell me to get.

I had my first pedicare since my neuropathy decided to attack. I was pretty worried about it causing more pain but so far so good. Tonight I will know for sure. I'd love it if it helped me. At this point, I will try anything to alleviate this pain.

Well, I have to go make some Weight Watchers chili for dinner. Last night I made their Lo Mein and it was YUMMY. Tomorrow is weigh in day. My hubby beat me last week, I hope this week I can beat him!

billie just moved. hubby informed me today that we have to put our house up for sale. asap. he already set appointments to hire a realtor. it's big house. they will make a good commission, so we are going to negotiate and see who will be the most aggressive. i'm really not very happy about all this.:(

i'm jealous. i love pedicures. i hope you don't end up with any pain and keep having them on a regular basis. :D

Yes, I would love to go to Nancy's for dinner. I just had cottage cheese so far. I am trying to make up for piggying out a few days ago with taffy. Gaye called this evening. We are both so excited about her trip up here.

Curious~ the moving process is so ruff. I still haven't found everything. I just hung a "what not" last night. Trying to get somethings out of the garage before Gaye see's my mess. It was so easy to just stack things I didn't need for awhile.

Can you believe I still haven't opened the 2 bags of chocolate covered peanuts I bought several days ago? Well, actually I hid them from me, and I can't find them either! Bob always said, I could hide my own Easter eggs and I guess I could.

Hi everyone, still hanging in there on my end. Weight is still not moving and I am getting discouraged. Did find out I have hypothyroidism and will start taking thyroid medicine on Monday. Maybe just maybe this will be the turning point for me.

The weather here is finally starting to warm up. It is still really cold in the mornings but the afternoons are getting better. I don't know how you guys make it through a winter with those types of temps. I was watching CNN with all the ice storms and it looked really scary.

I've been sick all month and didn't feel good until Wednesday. If I don't take imodium every day I'll get diarrhea. I'm calling the doctor Monday after I know I can have a ride read for a much needed colonoscopy. I also had a lung and sinus infection. Felt really bad for about 2 weeks.

befuddled2~ I hope you do get a colonospy soon. Wish I could be with you. I would be glad to drive you there if only we lived closer.

Sue~ I hope this takes care of your problem. I don't know anything about it. We didn't have the ice like other places, but it just missed us by going north.
The snow is coming tonight though. Its not started yet. We have actually had a mild winter up to now. In the 40's and 50's here is warm to us.

it's good to see you posting. yep..packing is a pain in the rear. especially since when we bought this house i never dreamed we would be moving. down sizing. i don't even know how smakk of a place we ae getting. :o

i ate my oatmeal. had my cup of coffe and drank water so far. haven't sat down, but just these few minutes to post. i should be burning calories.

it's supposed to be 50 today. wooohooo...the sun is shining:)

Been a little too busy, but such is life. I read as much as I can now that I can take my computer along with me. Sorry to hear some of you guys are still having medical problems....life sucks at times, but keep plugging along! You can do it! Just keep hoping for the best, and that around the next corner will be something/someone that will alleviate some of your pain. Never give up!!

I think about you guys a lot and wonder how you're doing. It's fun to read about your antics, so keep posting!! I do as much as I can--sorry it's not more.

The dieting is going well--I think. I haven't been on the scale, but my clothes are getting looser, so that's a good sign. I haven't been home to do my virtual walk, but I'm doing it in real life now. Too much of it according to my feet, but we all have our problems.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know I am still alive!! :D
