Hi Sandy, Thank you for the referral. Today a friend just gave me an inspiring book called: The Last Lecture by Randy Paush He appeared on Oprah show. Another one I'm going to get is 'Always Looking Up" b Michael J Fox on his Parkinsons Disease. A book that I enjoyed so much was" You Can't Afford the Luxury of A Negative Thought by Peter McWilliams
Good books are so inspiring and keeps us reading for hope in a positive viewpoint.
Thank you again, Sandy, Appreciate your thoughtful referral, your friend, loretta with big soft hugs:grouphug::grouphug:

A Body Broken is written by a chronic pain sufferer. When the horrific pain hits, her life becomes consumed by her and her husband's search for a cure. Her story is something that so most of us can truly relate to. I cried through parts of the story, seeing myself and my family in her shoes. The last part of the book is AWESOME and really informative.

I highly recommend the book to all RSDers.

"The Last Lecture" was great also, I read that one when it came out. I also saw the lecture online. Profoundly moving and another tear jerker for me...

XOXOX Sandy (from RI - where it is finally sunny this weekend!! YAY!!)
