"TWO WOLVES One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all. "The other is Good - It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

Please don't try to go it alone with your girls...it's too overwhelming and you need grief therapy yourself. You have much more on your plate than anyone should have. A weaker person would break under this load and there you are, trying to be all things to all people. Don't try to "give back"...not yet, it's too soon. Just taking care of youself and your children is more than enough.
