Here's the link, I wish they cited more details about the studies, though, particularly what percentages of improvement, etc.:

Good review, seems like a term paper from a graduate student! Yes, would have been great if details were included! There are several references given too, I havent looked at them carefully. Probably all the info we need is in there/ efficacy Question> Is there anyone out there who participated in these studies ??
