I got good news that the closing will be next Tues. FINALLY! It's been a long ride for me. since hubbie past and all I have been threw.

I hope we all have sucess on our diets today and exercise. Go out and make it a good day. Gaye, where you at hiding?:grouphug:

:grouphug: Don't be so hard on yourself. If you can work hard to consintrate (sp) on delay eating , just one day, it will help. You need to replace eating with doing something like cleaning a room or straighting out doors, anything to sadify, just delay eating. Telling your self, you will eat after you do a job.

I don't crave the sweets, but when you want some, eat fruit. Fresh or frozen. It does help! I skipped breakfast today so when I went out to lunch with friends, I could order and not worry about it. I had a ball. I hope Paulie is better. How did the yoga go?

dear froggie lady,
You are being WAYYY too hard on yourself.....
quit that!
Now...jsut remember tomorrow is a new day...like a do over...
YOU can do this!
I know you can...baby steps...start by drinking 8 glasses of water tomorrow.
If you drink water thru out the day...there really will be less room to put food and I ahve heard...don't know if it is true...that the signal in our brains for hunger is the same signal for thirst...meaning that when we start to feel "hungry" try drinking some water, your body may actually just be thirsty.

I am going to drink 8 glasses of water tomorrow.
this is my goal for tomorrow.
hang in there.
((((HUGS))))

Bizi and befuddled, thank you for your kindness. I tried today and made it until 3. UGH, going to eat veggies tonight and makeup for my slip. You are so right about the water bizi...I don't drink enough and I know it would help. tomorrow I try again. Befuddled...we got to make don't we. I know success is somewhere around the corner.

Billie, I bought Paulie an apple and need to give him his little amount and then eat the thing..would be better than the cheese stick I ate. Tomorrow is another day (which right now is Thursday) so I will drink water eat a fruit and try again.
Billie, bizi, and befuddled, thanks
