Hi i'm new
 
In October of 2007 I had a spinal cord stroke at T 10 and went through many months of rehab. i still have no feeling from the waist down.I can walk again but get bad spasm in the legs and have to sit for some time for the spasms to subside

Hi Allen,

I also suffered a spinal cord injury in an accident. I know how hard it is, but I am so inspired by your progress. You're obviously a brave and determined person and I can already tell that you are a great addition to our little community.
