Mp/percussion massagers

Fellow Sufferers,

Amazingly enough, I found relief from a hand-held percussion massager that I was using for my back. The one I just purchased (because my old one died) is Homedics PA-5H, but I'm sure there are others out there that would work.

I'm amazed at how many are suffering from this and are having to try meds/operations to help. I just wanted to share what has helped me. Now I can get a full night's sleep.

Margaret. Hope you got that good night's sleep. I'm familiar with that syndrome. Even breaks thru Ambien dosage. Like the 4th of July.
Massage, where? Is not the MP a nerve in the groin area. Does the massage of the irritated nerves on side of thigh help? How about TENS unit?

Wouldn't the massager hurt, though? It makes me cringe just thinking of vibrations on my thigh...
