Hello

Hi my name is Char and I'm 54. I have 4 discs out of place in my lower back, si joint pain on both sides. I'm hoping to find some new friends and maybe some new info to help with my back pain but I'll be quite happy with new friends to chat with. Thanks for having me.

Hello Char.

So very nice to meet you. Already you sound so friendly! I have also had much lower back trouble. Years ago I had a surgery for a ruptured disc. Last March I had fusion surgery. I had put it off as long as possible, but am so glad I had it done. Please fill me in more on your lower back issues. I don't know if I will be of help, but I for sure can give you a shoulder and tissue!
