There is a new study starting wit federal funding. Maybe future generations will have access to some of the "hoped for" developments.

Looks like an opportunity to develop an anger management tool. By measuring the signals that trigger outbursts, maybe they can shut down the brain circuits that carry out the outbursts.

Great idea for the injured brain, scary idea for 'mind control' governments.
