new here with feet problems

HELLO,
I have the neuropathey in my feet and the VA says Agent Orange exposure.
I have been tested and the result is local and not from the spine or brain, whats left of it.HAHA.....
The VA has given me a scrip for Gapepentin and says my case is mild, along with capiscan cream and that is it.I'm on my own!
This has been going on now for 5 years, still pretty much the same and now the VA has cut off the visits because they told me it's stable.
Is this it really,is there not any other way to turn or is this pretty much it?
Is this going to be something I will have to live with the rest of my life?
And yes it is painfull.
