Goosebumps??

.. Well, I have another new symptom. I was wondering if anyone else has this sensation with their neuropathy? I'm getting goose bumps mostly on my arms, but legs too and a tingling scalp. It just comes out of nowhere like I've got a chill. Could this possibly be from the Cymbalta I was just prescribed and just started taking 2 days ago?? I am also having a sweating issue out of the blue. I'll just get real hot all of the sudden and start sweating. ??? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, Cymbalta causes sweating.

I get goosebumps on the left side of my body sometimes for no reason. I have a pinched nerve on that side of my neck and always thought it was from that.

I don't use PN drugs except OTC Aleve/Tylenol and an occasional tramadol at night (1/2 tab). I take mostly supplements.

Thank you for replying MrsD.
I have read so many of your informative and enlightening posts and I want to say thank you personally for that. It's been very helpful.
As for the goosebumps and sweating... I did not take the Cymbalta today and I called my Neuro to tell her what was going on with the goosebumps, sweating etc. She is going to call me back this evening. In the meantime, the symptoms seem to be lessening, so maybe it is just the meds. Guess I'll see. :)

Don't panic yet? I gotta ask tho...over the winter, did you have a flu or flu-like thing? It mite help in diagnosis, mite not... put your thinking cap on? Or, any other medical things happen?
