I have both Myasenthia Gravis and Fibromyalgia

I'm new to talking about my pain, I was diagnosed with Fibro in 1993 following an accident I was not suppose to come out off. Lucky, yes, but many years of practically being bedridden and dressed like a rag doll. With a lot of TLC from my husband, I eventually started walking again and returned to work. Now 13 years later I'm told I have Mysenthenia Gravis and going through hell again. I now have difficulty walking, holding a glass of water in my hand, or even just a phone receiver. I have the usual eye difficulties and just don't want to go anywhere or even do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to relearn to deal with starting over again...

Hi (((Smellen))). I'm so sorry for what you're going through. I've been in quite a few accidents myself, 2 of which created terrible back and neck pain.

I hope you find the help you need. Fibro alone is bad enough without your other problems! ((hugs)) and welcome to the forums. Wonderful place!

Just wanted to welcome you to our forums. I also think that
everyone can recover from anything they want to.

Sending you hugs and good thoughts.

Myasthenia Gravis usually responds to treatment. If mestinon doesn't work, then IVIG or plasmapheresis should be tried.

I was in a horrible accident too and all my neuro issues started after that.
