That was an unbelievable force of Nature...can't believe that elderly man, Harry Truman, refused to leave his home...I'm sure he was lost in the mud avalanche that followed the eruption:(

I remember when this happened... wow has it really be 30 years?!?!?!

I have a little bottle filled with ash from my aunt's yard... now where did I put that????

Seriously? I'm with Abby, 30 years? I was out there in '07 and saw the long-term aftermath but it never clicked in my brain that it had been that long!
