My Favorite Things
 

1) That time of day just before the sun rises.....when the birds are beginning to sing and everything is still and peaceful.

2) My first cup of coffee in the morning.

3) The sound of a belly laugh from a baby.

4) The feel of my cats soft fur on the side of my face as she gives me one of her lovable head butts.

5) The taste of the first really good watermelon of the season.

6) The smell of Forsythia blooming in the summer.

7) The sound of the garage door opening in the middle of the night when one of the kids has been out too late.

I have thousands more but this will do for now....:)

1. Snuggling with DD when she climbs into my bed first thing in the morning to wake me up.

2. Watching the sunset over the ocean.

3. Feeling the sand between my toes.

4. Big family dinners, having everyone I love at one table.

5. One puppy snuggled up in my lap and the other wrapped around my feet while I watch a movie.

6. DH2B's hugs from behind me while I am cooking.

7. Sitting in my comfy chair while DD reads me a book.

The feel of crisp, clean, cool linens on my bed.

Getting a good parking spot the first time I enter the parking lot!

The smell of freshly cut grass.

A warm brownie topped with cold vanilla ice cream.

Are me and Legzz the only ones with favorite things?? :confused: :)

I like youse guys favorite things, I am hereby adopting them and adding..The laughter of my Grandchildren, Playing!!:)

Apparently we are the only ones...

* The sound of rain drumming on a tin roof.
* The smell of a newborn baby. (even the fur babies)
* Waking up to alredy brewed coffee, and that 15 minutes of sleep after I hit the snooze button.
* Not telling my mom I am as happy to see her as the puppies are when she comes to visit; because she already knows.

1. puppy breath!
2. warm towels fresh from the dryer
3. ice cold lemonade when you are done in the garden.
4. a phone call from a friend, just to say I miss you
5. chilled key lime pie on a hot summer day.
6. anything my animals do.
7. the way my DH still reaches to hold my hand in public.
8. a clean bathtub! full of the best soaps/shampoos
9. The way my cat melts into the bed when the sun shines on her.
10. You guys! you always make me feel better. :hug:
