Hi Debbiehub,
My pain management doc talked about the possiblility of my taking low dose naltrexone..he is affiliated with a university teaching hospital..
For the time being, I am titrating off neurontin to try topomax...not sure how the low dose naltrexone will fit in to the plan.
Are you thinking of taking this med, or are you already taking it?

Thanks for the post,

Extremely interesting. My 94 yr old grandmother is suffering with Alzeimhers and would just do anything to get her to some point of being normal. My Aunt is caring for her at home, my aunt had to quit her job because she really is getting bad. She was in an assistant living facility but they wanted to move her to the nursing home building and we would not do that. So thank you so much I am going to call her neurologist and ask her about it.....
