reading the gift of fear

I had a hard time understanding the first three chapters. It was as if he was making no sense. I like the book so far cannot put it down!

Anyone should read this book!

difference between anxiety and fear

Hi,

In the youtube links I posted earlier in the thread, the author talks about the difference between anxiety and fear.
Anxiety we should not act on; where as, with fear we do need to act.
