To Mrs D

I was wondering if you can tell me the best way to take my Calcium/Vit.D supplement so as not to interfere with my other meds. I take a morning and evening round of pills with an occasional pain pill in between.

It depends on what the other pills are.

You can take the calcium supplement with food.

morning: Verapamil, Savella, Prednisone, Lortab, Evoxac,

evening: Verapamil, Savella, MS Contin, Evoxac, Phenerghan, Ambien

Take the calcium with lunch (and dinner if you take more than once).
