NeuroTalk Support Groups - Those were pigs flying by my car...

I am goign to have to get to knittin for the devil. I hear it has frozen over down there. After my lovley infusion which requires at least 3 hours recovery sleep, I got up and started dinner. Dh2B had school tonight, and his truck has been making a weird noise since he picked it up from the shop where he spent a LOT of money having the gears changed out. Asked if he wanted to take my car...of course not.

No sooner than I get the food on the plates and the kids are washing up for dinner.... my phone rings. Truck broke down. Somewhere in northern va can ya come get me?

Pack the kids up and go for a ride. He has no idea where he is or what exit he came off at. Finally figures out where he is and calls me back. then gives me the wrong directions again... But we found him. And waited for the tow truck guy, dropped the truck back at the shop down here, it was 9:30 when we pulled into the taco bell parking lot for dinner because what I cooked is one of those meals you can't heat up.

Get home at almost 11, get DD in bed. Talk to Best friend to confirm she is coming up to visit tomorrow... YAY! And headed to bed. Joking around with the man when he asks "if I give you an engagement ring will you shut up and let me go to sleep?". HA HA very funny says the woman who has been waiting for 2 years and 9 months since the day he asked me to marry him.

And sure enough... He pulls out a ring...MY ring that I bought for me (the one he apparently swiped to get the engagement ring sized. Then he gets up and comes back with the real ring! YAY!!
