They just said on the news that anxiety might be a risk factor for heart attack. Great. That gives us peeps with anxiety issues something else to be anxious about. Sounds like a self-fulfilling prophecy to me. Awesome. :(

It's because of the cortisol that your liver releases, which gums up the works...
