Help!!!!

Cervical herniation c4c5c6c7, ulnar nerve both arms and hands consatntly tingling and numb. Lumbar herniated and bulging disc Epidural Limpotosis, rare disease. Anyways the real question is in the 1980s I injured my right shoulder and had a repair done on it. Since then I have had several dislocations and developed tendinitis in several of the ligaments. Is it possible for this long term shoulder problem and weak structure of the shoulder to cause herniation of cervical disc? I can't seem to find any information on the relationship between the function of the shoulder and cervical injuries, any help please:confused:
