New guy

A new guy here, 8 years post rupture and crainotomy, for 7mm rupture on anterior communicating artery. First couple of years were rough but I have made a complete recovery, actually in better shape now than at the time the aneurysm burst.

Can you tell me more. How did you get to where you are today? My husband had a aneurysm - front right lobe area in December.

Sorry that I did not answer this sooner Suzy, I don't stop at this forum too often. What really did it for me was a very strict healthy diet and, once cleared by my doctor, rigorous physical exercise-weight lifting and running mostly. I know other survivors who found success this same way.
