Small Fiber Neuropathy: Sexual Function?

As stated in my post re foot cramps, my diagnosis is one day old.

Question: Can small fiber neuropathy affect sexual performance/response? If so, is this a common or rare symptom?

Thanks.

It's actually a very common symptom--

--especially among people who have diabetic small-fiber neuropathy, or other small-fiber syndromes which affect autonomic function (most autnomic function, inclduing sexual rsponse, are mediated by small, unmyelinated nerves).

Also, most PN meds of the anti-spasm type,
have this as a side effect..... in the small type.
Gabapentin & Lyrica to name just two.
