Trusting Tuesday check in~
 

We have warming temp this morning. It is finally up to 7 degrees this morning and a snow coming in most of the day. They said we could get 5 inches or more before the day is over. I am going to the farm after day break so I can get that out of my way, then staying home the rest of the day. There has been sunshine the other days and that helps.

I am all warm in my heart for Gaye purchased her plane ticket yesterday to come and visit me in June. I haven't been this excited since I went to California. All the plans we have sound so exciting.:hug:

I am going to try my new exercise equiment out today. It is called a stomach cruncher or gut cruncher one of my friends said. I need that, but I don't know how my back will like it. So it is going to be slow at first.

Hi all! I didn't sleep very well last night and you can read my separate post about that. It was a shocker that is for sure. Todd happened to wake up and wondered what was wrong because I was crying and I just ran into his arms and started crying. I told him he was right about the weight. He asked why I was crying and I told him that, I didn't think it was that bad.
So now I am intent on loosing this weight!!!

Wendy, you can do it. We all have that problem, that why we are here to support each other. Try with skim milk, light butter. drinking more water and things you see us talking about. I know you have health problems when it comes to exercise so be careful with that. Perhaps walking will help & I know you do that to some degree. Eat fresh fruit instead of sweets. That is what a lot of us do. Just start out simple and be careful. Wishing you lots of luck!:hug: group hug everyone.:grouphug:

Good morning....it's -8 here and the schools are closed for the second day in a row...much too cold for the kids to play outside.

I am stir crazy from being in so may join my sister for a lunch (it's always about food) :rolleyes:

Are schools are on a 2 hour delay the past 2 days. I bet they get sent home earily today, for it is snowing up a storm. After it is over, maybe I can send a picture. They keep adding more inches to it. Ugh! I don't have to go out anymore today. Praise the LORD!

I'm sorry ladies, you can call me names or throw things at me for this but I just have to say that it will be around 70 degrees this afternoon! (But you can laugh this summer when we are melting at 115 degrees.)

I can't imagine being that cold and in the minus digits for so long.

we are in comfortable mid 40s now - hit 60 on Sunday!
that was a nice break and sunny too.
