To those with adult onset food sensitivities

Hello, I recently developed food sensitivities to gluten, dairy, soy, caffeine, tomatoes, and strawberries. I was fortunate enough to find a homeopathic doctor who specializes in digestive health. I just want to share my new found knowledge with those of you on here who may still be in the dark searching for answers as I was. In fact, for the longest time I didn't even know I had a food sensitivity. I was experiencing random muscular twitches, night jumps, tremors, cramping, incredible anxiety and poor memory/brain fog. I thought I had a neurological disorder like Parkinsons, MS or ALS.

Its a long story, but I found out my food sensitivities were being caused by a condition known as 'Leaky Gut Syndrome.' As you probably know, our digestive tracts have a helpful bacteria that populate them. This bacteria helps us digest and absorb nutrients from our foods. It also keeps harmful bacteria, yeasts and fungus in check. When we take antibiotics they don't discriminate which bacteria they kill. Our gut bacteria is on the front lines and takes heavy casualties. Every round of antibiotics takes its toll. Over time it is so weak that it cannot hold off the fungus and yeast known as Candida. Candida takes over as a result.

Over time the Candida weakens our intestinal lining wall and eventually Candida and undigested food protiens can leech into your blood stream. This overloads your body's immune system and detoxification organs (liver and kidneys). Once our body starts to see the same food proteins it can learn to target them proactively. Your immune system goes on red alert and reacts every time you eat that food. Thus a new food sensitivity is born.

Don't take my word for it. Research 'Leaky Gut Syndrome' and Candida. Your path to recovery starts with a Candida elimination plan. This will require dietary supplements and a diet change. Candida feeds off of sugars. Once you eliminate the Candida you can begin to repopulate your gut with probiotics. Taking probiotics prematurely will have little or no effect if you don't take care of the Candida first.

Contact me if you have any questions and I will be more than happy to share what I have learned. I would recommend the anti-Candida plan that I am on now as well because the results I am experiencing are staggering. Just ask. Anyway, good luck and best wishes!
