Went to the dr today.....

My intentions was to get something to help me sleep. by the time i walked out of there i also had a prescription for an AD, something for my rash that is stress related and a paper i signed that i promised i'd go to counseling at least twice a month through the holidays.... :rolleyes: not for sure how my dr did all of that without me protesting :o

I'm so glad that you have a dr. that pays attention and cares about you! :hug: And he is absolutely right about thru the holidays dear friend..they are going to be "difficult" without your dear mom...to put it mildly. :grouphug:
