Bio freeze. ???
I've only used it on smallish areas, shoulder joint, knees etc.
I've got something new going on in my calves and feet. Larger area, ok to use a larger amount? I'm thinking this is a spine issue, but untill I can get in any thoughts? |
You don't want to use it in large amounts or large areas. Go by what the instructions say. I use a little on my lower back and a bit on my calves if they hurt.

I'd not use a large amount of the gel...in any place. It penetrates very quickly.
When I use Biofreeze I just use a little on the tip of my finger. I've used it on arms and knees and feet and each time only a little bit. This little bit goes a LONG way. |
Good advice mrsD. You said it better than I did:)

I did try to read the print on the tube, guess I need new eyes. I agree a little bit goes a long way. I'm on my 4 th round of antibiotics right now and this one says not to use any OTC pain relievers like ibuprofen. Well, that's the carrier for my Vicoden. I've stuck the TENS on, no help, hurts like crazy taking the patches off.
I'm pretty much up a creek, that's why I thought the BioFreeze would help |
