Hi everyone!
Wow, I am so excited to have found this place!
I'm a senior in college, and I've had CRPS/RSDS for 8 years. In the last year, I've been told by a leading pain management specialist that there is nothing else I can try for my condition and that I will simply have to keep increasing my medications (which are marginally effective) for pain control as I get older. Function in my affected limb continues to deteriorate, but again, I'm told there's nothing I can do, and I'll probably end up facing amputation at some point. I'm sure everyone here can imagine how depressing/frustrating that is! Ok....now that I've gotten that off my chest....I'm generally a very happy person, well motivated, and excited about what the next few years will bring me! I look forward to talking to all of you! |
